1 .Site Consultation:
a. Meet with client to conduct a walk-through of the property and gather information.b. Complete a site study and inventory.
c. Create an initial base plan.
2. Conceptual Designs:
a. Site development.b. Design studies and conceptual renderings.
c. On-Site design layout.
d. Client meeting to review initial concepts.
3 .Final Landscape Plans:
a. Final budgets and priorities are established.b. Develop construction documents. Example: final planting, grading, irrigation and lighting plans.
c. Prepare construction details and review with clients.
